Rush Limbaugh is currently hawking the idea that President Barack Obama is funneling money to lesbians so they can train members of the LGBT community to become farmers so they can invade and overtake conservative red states.
On the August 17 airing of the Rush Limbaugh Show on the Premier Radio Network, he announced:
“Have you heard about the Agriculture Department’s financial grants to lesbian farmers? What they’re trying to do is convince lesbians to become farmers.”
Limbaugh is attempting to create hysteria in response to the 15th annual Nationwide LGBT rural summit, which took place in Iowa on August 18.
The summit, which seeks to convene LGBT individuals living in rural America, was blasted by the right wing media who focused on the fact that it was hosted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Office of Civil Rights.
The Washington Free Beacon completely missed the point and balked at the thought of “lesbian and transgender hillbillies” getting “subsidies from the government.” Limbaugh’s comments also made it very clear that he had no idea what he was talking about.
“I’m like you; I never before in my life knew that lesbians wanted to be farmers. I never knew that lesbians wanted to get behind the horse and the plow and start burrowing. I never knew it.”
He made it very clear that there is government funded lesbian farmer apocalypse set to descend upon the bible belt. And that it is all Obama’s fault.
“Here comes the Obama regime with a bunch of federal money and they’re waving it around. And all you gotta do to get it is be a lesbian and want to be a farmer and they’ll set you up.”
