Clinton was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday, but that won’t matter to conspiracy theorists

According to a “breaking news” report from POLITICO, Hillary Clinton was diagnosed with pneumonia this Friday, which may have led to her feeling “overheated and dehydrated” at a 9/11 memorial event this morning.

“Secretary Clinton has been experiencing a cough related to allergies. On Friday, during follow up evaluation of her prolonged cough, she was diagnosed with pneumonia,” Clinton’s doctor, Lisa Bardack, said in a statement.

“She was put on antibiotics, and advised to rest and modify her schedule. While at this morning’s event, she became overheated and dehydrated. I have just examined her and she is now re-hydrated and recovering nicely.”

Reports say Clinton was examined at her home in Chappaqua after she returned from New York City this Sunday afternoon.

She will appearing at fundraisers in California this Monday and Tuesday.

Speculation and conspiracy theories surrounding Clinton’s alleged health problems have been a consistent theme for Donald Trump and his supporters this election, but the speculation reached a fever pitch this morning after video was circulated of Clinton looking wobbly and stumbling while leaving a 9/11 memorial event this morning.

Her doctor’s statement fills in the blanks as Clinton’s treatment for pneumonia is consistent with the symptoms she looked to be experiencing in the video.
