Ann Coulter is now calling for Trump to be impeached

Conservative commentator Ann Coulter‘s support for President Trump has waffled lately, and her latest comments in light of Trump’s DACA concession to Democrats have pretty much reached the point of no return.

After Trump fired off a tweet this Thursday voicing support for DACA recipients — just one week after announcing that he’s phasing out the program — Coulter wondered, “At this point, who DOESN’T want Trump impeached?”

Coulter was responding a series of tweets from Trump where he said he doesn’t understand why anybody would “want to throw out good, educated and accomplished young people who have jobs,” some of whom are “serving in the military,” adding that Dreamers “have been in our country for many years through no fault of their own…”

After Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) claimed that the president had agreed to “enshrine the protections of DACA into law quickly, and to work out a package of border security, excluding the wall,” the White House quickly released a statement saying that the wall was still on the table, prompting Coulter to reiterate her stance.

Coulter, who authored the book In Trump We Trust, first signaled cracks in her support for the President in May of this year when she said she was “not happy” with how the Trump presidency was panning out so far.

“I guess we have to try to push him to keep his promises. But … if he doesn’t keep his promises I’m out,” she said in an interview with The Daily Caller.

Coulter also voiced displeasure with the elevated White House roles of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

“Americans don’t like that, I don’t like that,” she said. “That’s the one fascist thing he’s done. Hiring his kids. … [But] the Trump-haters were right … it’s a nightmare. I can’t even contemplate that.”
