After catching heat for attacking kneeling football players while staying silent on the catastrophe in Puerto Rico, President Trump finally spoke on the matter, on Twitter, and he didn’t fail to disappoint.
Taking to Twitter on this Monday, Trump reassured his followers that Texas and Florida were “doing great,” but then went into a litany of alleged issues that contributed to the destruction in the wake of Hurricane Maria.
Texas & Florida are doing great but Puerto Rico, which was already suffering from broken infrastructure & massive debt, is in deep trouble..

Many thought Trump seemed to be blaming the island full of American citizens for their own suffering.

Hurricane Maria made landfall last Wednesday causing 3.4 million people to lose power, but Trump has spent the whole time attacking athletes as protests against police brutality sweep through professional sports teams.
