Bros try to take over Twitter with #wastehertime2016, but women get the last laugh

A new hashtag, #wastehertime2016 tried to take over Twitter Wednesday and it’s about the ways men could waste women’s time.

It wasn’t exactly unsuccessful, but what success it had was dwarfed by the response hashtag. Most of the tweets are really just things men do but with the genders reversed, which is why some of the outcry from men crying male tears feels especially silly.

Here’s an example:

If you’re thinking about responding with some variation of #notallmen, just stop to consider that maybe it’s not all about you and stop being so #sensitive.
