Capitol rioter greets FBI agents wearing the same flannel shirt he’s seen wearing in photos from Jan 6

A Virginia man and his adult daughter have been charged for partaking in the riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, the Daily Press reports.

Willard Thomas “Tom” Bostic, Jr., 56, and Meghan Rutledge, 27, were arrested Wednesday and charged with four misdemeanor counts, including entering and remaining in a restricted building, disorderly conduct in a restricted building, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building.

Surveillance video from that day shows Rutledge and Bostic entering the Capitol through a door next to a broken window. They then can be seen talking pictures and recording videos with their cellphones.

“After miles and miles of walking and climbing and climbing some more we made it inside the capitol building,” read a post on Rutledge’s Facebook page. “What an experience for the books.”

According to the Daily Press, Bostic was wearing the same blue flannel shirt he was seen wearing on Jan. 6 as he greeted agents who showed up to his home.
