Christian pastor: Trump’s border wall was already prophesied so it’s a ‘done deal’

The Jim Bakker Show is still going strong, and today’s episode had far-right pastor John Kilpatrick on to continue the endless shoveling of bullshit and false hope to Jim Bakker‘s followers.

In a clip flagged by Right Wing Watch, Kilpatrick invoked the name of self-proclaimed “prophet” Kim Clement, who he says prophesied back in 2007 the eventual materialization of President Trump’s long-promised border wall.

According to the crackpot conspiracist outlet WorldNetDaily, Clement prophesied that Trump would become president, and he also apparently foresaw the border wall when he said that Trump will “bring the walls of protection on this country.”

That’s all Kilpatrick needed to hear.

“I’ve got news for Miss Pelosi and I’ve got news for Brother Schumer,” Kilpatrick told Bakker. “If Kim Clement prophesied that he’s going to build the walls—he said he will put walls of security up around this country—then I believe that’s a done deal.”

“I don’t know how this is going to break, but it’s going to break in his favor, I believe, and I believe those walls will be built,” he continued.

Kilpatrick then took a familiar page out of the pro-Trump evangelical movement and characterized all criticism of Trump as being driven by an “antichrist spirit.”

“The Bible plainly says this, it says, ‘A house divided cannot stand,’” he said. “And it’s ironic that in Congress, the House of Representatives is called ‘the House’ and it said it cannot stand. So something is going to happen and I’m believing it’s going to be miraculous and I believe the scales are going to tip in favor of the president.”
