Costco quietly nixes MyPillow products from its website

According to reports, products from the company founded by pro-Trump conspiracy theorist Mike Lindell have been pulled from the shelves of at least 22 retailers. Now, retail giant Costco has apparently nixed MyPillow products from its website, Insider reports.

Insider spoke to a Costco customer service worker who said that there seemed to be no MyPillow products in stock at any of its stores near Brooklyn. When Insider asked if the company had officially cut ties from the brand, customer service declined to comment.

“This is a change from January, when Costco said that it had ‘contractual commitments to MyPillow that we intend to honor’ when asked for comment,” Insider’s Grace Dean writes.

Speaking to Insider earlier this month, Lindell said he expects MyPillow to lose $65 million this year as a result of his repeated claims that the 2020 election was “rigged” and stolen from Donald Trump, but that radio and podcast infomercials could make up for the potential losses.
