Showing affection is a given on the campaign trail. The photo ops might not always go as planned, but it’s especially horrific when your own children show the world what an insufferable prick you are.
While going after voters in Iowa this weekend, Ted Cruz wanted to the show the cameras what a little PDA from the Cruz household looks like.
Yikes.

Okay, anyone who’s a parent knows that your children will make things cringingly embarrassing just to spite you. But good lord, not in front the cameras.
