Marjorie Taylor Greene: I know COVID was made in a lab because ‘I don’t believe in evolution’

During Steve Bannon’s podcast this Tuesday, Georgia GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene was asked to give her thoughts on the recent news surrounding Dr. Anthony Fauci’s emails and the origins of the coronavirus, saying that Fauci “needs to get a lawyer” and that he’s “criminally liable for what has happened” regarding the pandemic.

According to Greene, COVID was created to be used as a “bioweapon.”

“So we need to be very clear about what was the intent of COVID-19 and these viruses that they experiment with like some sort of Dr. Frankenstein experiment,” she said a video clip flagged by RawStory.

Greene went on to say that the original claim that COVID was passed naturally from animals to human is false — because the evolutionary process that needs to take place for that to happen simply doesn’t exist.

“I don’t buy it because I don’t believe in evolution,” she said. “I don’t believe in that type of so-called science. I don’t believe in evolution. I believe in God.”
