After a string of rhubarb burglaries in an Iowa town, local residents set out to uncover the culprit, soon discovering that the person behind the thefts is the scariest, most vile person on earth.
According to Dlisted, the rhubarb-stealing lady is what would happen if “the minds of Trey Parker and Matt Stone and the mind of John Waters violently humped each other raw.”
