These photos of chalkboards after quantum mechanics lectures are abstractly beautiful

Artist Alejandro Guijarro spent three years traveling to the quantum mechanics departments of Cambridge, Stanford, Berkeley, Oxford and other universities, taking photographs of blackboards just minutes after lectures ended.

The resulting images became part of a photo exhibit called “Momentum.”
