This heartfelt and beautiful letter Eminem wrote to 2Pac’s mother is going viral

As a true lover of hip-hop music going back to when I was 11 (1986), I have no trouble admitting that I was never a big fan of Eminem. I don’t deny his contribution to the genre, but it was just never my cup of tea.

That being said, my respect for the guy just went up a notch after reading a letter he wrote to 2Pac’s mother, Afeni Shakur, not long after her son was gunned down on the Las Vegas Strip in 1996.

According to UNILAD, the letter is on display at the Tupac Amaru Shakur Center for the Arts in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

Wherever it resides, it’s currently going viral:

Not only does Eminem have pretty decent handwriting, he can draw a decent picture too:

Well done, Marshall.
