The off-script 2-seconds of Obama’s State of the Union speech last night has already become an Internet meme.
“I have no more campaigns to run,” Obama said, provoking sarcastic round of applause from the GOP side of the house.
Seizing the moment, Obama shot back, “I know because I won both of them.”
The cable news outlets acknowledged the moment in passing, but it was the Internet that had a field day.
