Venus Williams gets it done. And if you want to get in her face afterwards, she will definitely call you out.
She’s 34 and still playing damn good tennis, which was apparent after winning a three-set battle against Barbora Zahlavova-Strycova in Qatar this week. Her Czech opponent wasn’t too happy, and glared at Williams all the way to shake the hand of the referee.
When Venus caught wind of what was going on, she stopped and looked directly at Strycoya:
Venus: Was that look for something?
Barbora: Well done?
Venus: Okay, good.
Boom.
