A Georgia woman has been arrested and charged after she shot at the father of her child but missed and hit his friend, WSB-TV reported.
Norja’nae Miller, 21, got into an argument with the father of her child after he took her phone. She then tracked her phone to the house of the man’s female friend.
Miller then initiated a chase with the man and the woman in her car before pulling out a gun and firing at the car the two were in. According to WSB-TV, the woman was shot and was taken to the hospital by two witnesses. The man was able to escape.
Police arrested Miller after they found her standing next to her car in a Walmart parking lot.
She has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault, possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime and reckless conduct.
