Charlie Kirk: Kyle Rittenhouse was falsely accused just like ‘Jesus Christ’

During a week-long event featuring a roster of attendees such as Marjorie Taylor Greene and Donald Trump Jr., Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk took a moment to praise one of the event’s most high-profile guests, Kyle Rittenhouse.

Kirk was interviewed by the Christian news network the Victory Chanel, where he was asked how the event was progressing.

“I see a lot of good news. I see a lot of people waking up,” Kirk said.

“For example, we brought Kyle Rittenhouse to front stage. That’s a win. It’s a win for due process,” he said. “It’s a win for constitutional order. It’s a win for presumption of innocence, all biblical values, by the way.”

“Plenty of people were wrongfully accused all throughout the Bible, especially the Old Testament, including Jesus Christ himself.”

Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges in relation to the shooting deaths of two people and the wounding of another during riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year.
