In the wake of Jeffrey Epstein’s apparent suicide while in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons earlier this month, conspiracy theories began to swirl around the murky circumstances of his death. While some skepticism is expected regarding the death of a billionaire child sex trafficker who reportedly had dirt on high-profile figures, you can always count on Rick Wiles to take the speculation to a whole new, profanely stupid level.
On the Monday edition of his TruNews TV program, Wiles theorized that Epstein is not dead but is in fact “alive and well,” adding that his “sexual molestation career has taken a radical turn.”
“[Epstein] will have to manage this operation from seclusion in another country with a new face that an intelligence agency has given him,” Wiles said in an audio flagged by Right Wing Watch. “Perhaps even a facial transplant, beyond going to plastic surgery.”

But why stop there? Maybe Deep State surgeons replaced Epstein’s entire fucking head.
“Or even maybe, a head transplant,” Wiles said. “I mean, aren’t we being told they can do this stuff now? That’s not conspiracy theory.”
