From what we’ve been able to garner after watching this video clip and doing a little research, there was an accident at this coal mine in Russia, and the miners were accused of drinking on the job.
As the local news reporter tried to get to the bottom of the accusations, something happened in the camera background that made any of the miners’ denials a little hard to believe.
