Elderly woman who survived cancer calls into C-SPAN: ‘I don’t trust Fauci — I’m vaccinated by the blood of Jesus’

During the call-in segment on C-SPAN this Thursday, a woman from Tennessee told host Greta Brawner that the blood of Jesus Christ is sufficient enough to protect her from COVID-19.

The woman, who identified herself as Joanne, called into a line for people who are refusing to get vaccinated.

Starting out, Joanne asked Brawner to promise not to cut her off.

“After you’ve made your point we’ll move on, so go ahead and make your point,” Brawner replied.

“I don’t trust CDC, I don’t trust [Dr. Anthony Fauci],” Joanne said. “They all have flipped back and forth too many times. They’ve got the people so confused here in the United States. They don’t know what to do, and I’m not a sheep — I’m not going to follow everybody else.”

“I don’t know how you feel but I trust my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. And I am vaccinated by the blood of Jesus Christ. And that’s the main thing that we need to do is to get our country back to trusting in God and he will take care of all this Covid.”

Joanne said that she is a survivor of lung cancer and is 84-years-old.

“I don’t know how you feel but I trust my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and I am vaccinated by the blood of Jesus Christ,” she continued. “And that’s the main thing that we need to do is to get our country back to trusting in God and he will take care of all this Covid.”
