Update: Eric Trump appears to have deleted the tweet. See the original article below:
In the wake of the arrest of longtime alleged Jeffrey Epstein co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell, President Trump’s eldest son, Eric Trump, shared a picture on Twitter of Maxwell looking on among the guests at Chelsea Clinton’s 2010 wedding as her father Bill Clinton walked her down the aisle.
“Birds of a feather…” Eric wrote in the tweet.

But some were a little baffled as to how Eric failed to see what came next — a comment thread full of pictures of his father with Jeffrey Epstein and Maxwell.

After Epstein’s arrest in 2019, a spokesperson for Chelsea Clinton gave a statement to POLITICO, attempting to distance the former First Daughter from the pair.
“It wasn’t until 2015 that Chelsea and (her husband) Marc became aware of the horrific allegations against Ghislaine Maxwell and hope that all the victims find justice,” said Chelsea Clinton’s chief of staff. “Chelsea and Marc were friendly with her because of her relationship with a dear friend of theirs. When that relationship ended, Chelsea and Marc’s friendship with her ended as well.”
In 2019, Vox published an extensive analysis of both the Clintons and the Trumps’ ties to Esptein and Maxwell.
