In the wake of President Trump’s repeated unfounded claims that Joe Biden is using drugs to boost his mental acuteness, Fox News medical contributor Dr. Marc Siegel took an opportunity to bolster those claims, suggesting that Biden is using “speed” and Adderall.
Siegal made the comments on Tucker Carlson’s show Monday night.
“Who is his dealer?” Carlson asked sarcastically after playing a clip of Trump making the accusation.
“There’s a study that shows that for people who have mild cognitive thinking or memory problems, you know what helps? Speed,” Siegal said.
“You know what helps? Adderall, a drug that I prescribe,” he continued. “These drugs can help in low doses for short periods of time.”
