Franklin Graham: If Republicans lose Georgia, ‘wicked’ Dems will give us the LGBT Equality Act

In an almost frantic post to his Facebook page this Monday, Franklin Graham called on voters “who believe the Bible and live in Georgia” to vote in the state’s run-off for Senate. According to Graham, if conservatives lose control of the Senate, “there is nothing to stop the radical agenda of the left.”

He went on to say that the “wicked agenda” of Democrats will take hold if Republicans no longer control the Senate.

“Liberal, so called progressives, immediately want to pass The Equality Act which is anything but equal. It is an attempt to rid our country of religious freedom protections,” Graham wrote. “Progressives could pass this easily and quickly with control of the Senate. Friends, this is dangerous. This would change our nation at its very foundation—and yes, it would also greatly change your everyday life.”

According to POLITICO, early voting in the state is having record turnouts and the numbers are giving Democrats hope.

“Democrats are buoyed by the strong early vote numbers, which show Black voters making up a larger percentage of the electorate than in November and higher early turnout in Democratic congressional districts in the state,” POLITICO’s James Arkin reports.
