Franklin Graham warns against rapper’s ‘Satan Shoes’: Prepare for ‘eternal torment’ in Hell

The 1980s called, and they want their Satanic panic back.

“Old Town Road” artist Lil Nas X is collaborating with the streetwear company MSCHF for the new Nike “Satan Shoes,” of which only 666 pairs will be made for a price of $1,018 each. The shoes also reportedly contain a drop of human blood in the sole — all of which is too much for evangelist Franklin Graham to bear.

In a post to his Facebook page this Monday, Graham slammed the shoes as a “dangerous marketing endeavor.”

“The shoes are part of promoting a new music video in which this rapper descends down a stripper pole and gives Satan a lap dance,” Graham wrote. “The morals in this country have fallen so fast, and many times the entertainment industry is leading the way.”

“The Word of God says, ‘And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell’ … Hell is a real place, and so is the eternal torment of those who reject Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior,” he added.

In a statement, Nike denied involvement with the shoes, saying, “Nike did not design or release these shoes and we do not endorse them.”
