Kate Gosselin tried to show how great things are going for her kids on live TV this morning, but it kinda blew up in her face. The kids clearly weren’t interested in following the script.
Gosselin made an appearance this Thursday morning on the “Today” show with her 13-year-old twins Cara and Mady. The plan was to talk about how their mom has raised them as normal teenage girls who haven’t been damaged by having their lives bared for the world to see on a reality TV show.
But when the cameras started to roll, the girls clearly did NOT agree with their mother, and Kate struggled to contain her obvious annoyance with them.
“It’s your chance … spit it out,” Kate demanded as one of her daughters seemed reluctant to agree with her mother’s assessment.
It’s definitely one of the most awkward TV moments ever.
Watch, via TMZ:
I can’t believe Kate Gosslin would think a couple of 13 year olds would willingly talk with cameras in their faces.
I wonder if their mom had some choice words for them on the way home.
Cara looked like she was on some sort of medication. Or she has been subdued by her mother into NEVER saying a bad word. I can’t wait until they are 18 and write a tell-all book about how controlling their mom has been.
Those poor kids are no doubt sick of being forced on television by their attention whore mother.
