In the wake of the London terror attacks this Saturday, a photo of Londoners fleeing the scene has become a symbol of the city’s resilience thanks to one fellow who was still holding a pint.
The image, taken from news footage as people ran down a London street, shows the man calmly walking while clutching his drink. Whoever he was, he was an instant star on social media:

At around 10 p.m. Saturday night, a white van rammed into pedestrians on London Bridge. According to various reports, attackers then exited the van and went to Borough Market, “going from bar to bar” stabbing people.
At least seven people have died and 48 are seriously injured after the attack.
