According to The Huffington Post, women are donating to Planned Parenthood in the name of our Vice President-elect, Mike Pence.
Taking into account Pence’s extreme anti-abortion views and his crusade against the health-care provider (he completely defunded the organization in his home state of Indiana), the donations send a sarcastic message — right to Pence’s desk.
Each time a donation is made in his name, Planned Parenthood will send a certificate to his office.
After the call to action sprang up on Instagram and was re-grammed by actress Amber Tamblyn and comedian Amy Schumer, it quickly spread to Twitter:
