Iraq War vet’s emotional story about his Iraqi translator exposes the moronic logic of Trump’s Muslim ban

In the wake of President Donald Trump‘s executive order banning immigration from seven Muslim majority countries, both tragic and hopeful stories about immigrants have been flooding social media.

One story that’s getting a lot of attention on Twitter is that of Iraq War veteran Dylan Park, who uses the Twitter handle @dyllyp. In a viral tweet story posted on Saturday, he shared the special relationship he had with his 16-year-old interpreter, Brahim.

Park’s heartwarming story of how they renewed their friendship in the U.S. should be read by everyone who has an opinion on what’s currently taking place in our nation’s airports.
