Jim Bakker: ‘Quiet old ladies will march in the streets’ if Trump is impeached

On his television program today, right-wing pastor Jim Bakker started things off by declaring that efforts to impeach President Donald Trump are unconstitutional. Further, he warned Democrats that “there is going to be an explosion if you don’t stop it.”

Bakker began by referring to the unnamed whistleblower who helped bring about the current efforts to impeach Trump after his efforts to pressure Ukraine’s president to investigate Joe Biden and his son Hunter were revealed, writes Kyle Mantyla for Right Wing Watch.

“Somebody is lying,” Bakker said. “If they’re not lying, they’re somebody stupid. You can’t try to impeach a president on the word of somebody you don’t know who it is.”

Then he declared the whole effort must be “unconstitutional,” and asked people in the audience to raise their hands if they agreed.

“I want the government to see this. These are voters. Everyone in this room — it’s 100 percent — say it’s unconstitutional to do what they’re doing.”

Bakker, who’s also an End-Times prepper, has been echoing this sentiment for some time now. He’s claimed that God’s judgment against those who oppose Trump won’t be pretty and that attacks on Trump mean that “America is in a war against God.”

So it’s unsurprising that Bakker wrapped things up with this sentiment:

“There is going to be an explosion if you don’t stop it,” he warned. “People are not going to tolerate it anymore … I wouldn’t even be surprised if you didn’t see quiet old ladies, like some of you sitting here, marching in the streets because America is not even going to be worth living in, in another year or two, the way we’re going if we’re not careful. We can’t let people take over who hate God.”

Here’s what Bakker had to say in the video below.
