Josh Feuerstein posts then deletes video calling for violence against Planned Parenthood

Viral evangelist Josh Feuerstein, known for starting the Starbucks cup controversy and previously urging Christians to arm themselves against gay rights advocates, posted a brief video this summer where he urged his followers to “punish Planned Parenthood” and make its employees “fear for their lives.”

Soon after the shooting which killed three people at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs last Friday, Josh deleted the video from his Facebook page, but not before it was copied and shared on various Internet blogs.

In the thirty second long video, Feuerstein graphically, and inaccurately, describes what he perceives to be Planned Parenthood’s practices before giving a final warning:

“I say tonight, we punish Planned Parenthood. I think its time abortion doctors need to run and hide and be afraid for their life.”

The video, posted back in July, is now framed in new light after the attack on a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood over Thanksgiving weekend, which killed three. Many are blaming the shooting on anti-abortion rhetoric which specifically targets Planned Parenthood, and the spread of false rumors by conservative politicians, like the completely false rumor that Planned Parenthood recycles baby parts — a grievance the Colorado gunman repeated as he was being arrested.

Feurerstein currently has 1.8 Million Followers on Facebook. If the video link above is taken down, you can view our version here.
