Judge orders Trump to fork over $364 million in New York fraud case verdict

Donald Trump has been fined $364 million by New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron in the former president’s New York civil fraud case, according to reports.

Engoron bans Trump from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation or other legal entity in New York for 3 years.

Engoron presided over a months-long civil trial where Trump and others were accused of financial fraud by New York Attorney General Letitia James. James initially sought $370 million in penalties and for Trump and his sons be blocked from serving as corporate executives in New York. Trump has denied all wrongdoing.

This is a developing story.
