The audio you’re about to hear is impressive. Not only for the fact that the man managed not to have a cardiac event during the call, but for his ability to sustain the volcanic tirade for a whole eight minutes and thirty-one seconds.
Almost as amazing is the customer service representative’s cool demeanor throughout the verbal assault.
We’ve all been given the runaround by companies before, so we can at least empathize with the man’s frustration. But sheesh — could a valium before you get on the phone with your corporate adversary make things easier? Just sayin’.
