A Louisiana man has been arrested after video circulated social media showing a child smoking marijuana, WBRZ reported.
John Hall was arrested by the Baton Rouge Police Department and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. In the video, Hall can be seen passing a joint to the boy who was 5-years-old at the time as the child sits in the front seat of a car.
The boy can be seen talking puffs from the joint as Hall appears to egg him on.
According to police, the boy was the grandson of Hall’s ex-girlfriend. Last month, the boy was also involved in an accidental shooting that left him and another child injured. The shooting led to the arrest of his 26-year-old mother.
