Michele Bachmann: Sarah Palin ‘is to be commended’ for eating at a restaurant while covid-positive

With the chyron beneath reading, “MEDIA FREAKS OUT OVER SARAH PALIN DINING OUTSIDE WITH COVID,” former Minnesota GOP congresswoman Michele Bachman appeared on Fox News and declared that Sarah Palin should be commended for dining out at a restaurant while possibly being positive for covid.

Two days after testing positive for the virus, Palin, who is reportedly unvaccinated, dined outdoors in New York City on Wednesday despite federal guidance that says infected people should isolate for at least five days.

Speaking to Fox News host Jesse Watters, Bachman praised Palin for acting like a “normal” person.

Bachman said that while people are going to react differently, she thinks Palin “is to be commended because she’s trying to act like a normal human being in the greatest city in America, New York City.”

“She’s going out to eat at a wonderful little boutique, an Italian restaurant,” she added.
