Thousands of protesters refusing to accept President Trump’s 202o election loss gathered in Downtown D.C. this Saturday, and were treated to speeches from conspiracy theorist Alex Jones to recently pardoned former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
Flynn stood on the steps of the Supreme Court, telling the crowd that “honesty will always triumph over corruption.” At one point, he allowed his sister to grab the mic and sing “God Bless America” — a song that she apparently doesn’t know the lyrics to.
“God bless America, land where I stand…” she sang. “Stand beside her, and guide her, through the night, from the light, from above…”
“From the mountains, to the prairies (?), to the ocean (sic), [no idea what she says here]…”
