New woman comes forward accusing Brett Kavanaugh of shoving his penis in her face during college

According to a bombshell report from The New Yorker published this Sunday, Senate Democrats are currently looking into a new allegation of sexual assault against SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh, this time stemming from his time as a freshman at Yale University during the 1980s.

The allegations comes from Deborah Ramirez, who says Kavanaugh shoved his penis in her face during a night of heavy drinking at a party. Kavanaugh has denied the accusation.

According to Ramirez, Kavanaugh shoved his exposed penis in her face while she was intoxicated, causing her to touch it without her consent. Speaking to The New Yorker, Ramirez says she wants the FBI to investigate the alleged incident.

“I would think an FBI investigation would be warranted,” she said.

In a statement, Kavanaugh said that the people who knew him then “know that this did not happen, and have said so.”

“This is a smear, plain and simple,” he said.

“I look forward to testifying on Thursday about the truth, and defending my good name–and the reputation for character and integrity I have spent a lifetime building–against these last-minute allegations,” Kavanaugh added.

Roughly a week ago, Christine Blasey Ford came forward with accusations against Kavanaugh, saying that he sexually assaulted her in 1982 when she was 15 and he was 17. According to Ford’s account to The Washington Post, an intoxicated Kavanaugh held her down on a bed and groped her while covering her mouth to prevent her from screaming. She also said he tried to pull her clothes off.

While Ramirez was unsure about coming forward with her story, she ultimately decided to go public because she felt it would help bolster Ford’s story.

“I remember a penis being in front of my face,” Ramirez said. “I knew that’s not what I wanted, even in that state of mind.”

She added that Kavanaugh laughed as he pulled up his pants.

Although The New Yorker hasn’t confirmed that Kavanaugh was at the party, a fellow classmate of Kavanaugh and Ramirez says he has known of the alleged incident “all along.”

“It’s been on my mind all these years when his name came up,” he said. “It was a big deal.”

Kavanaugh’s college roommate says he thinks the allegations are credible.

“Is it believable that she was alone with a wolfy group of guys who thought it was funny to sexually torment a girl like Debbie?” James Roche, the former roommate, said. “Yeah, definitely. Is it believable that Kavanaugh was one of them? Yes.”
