Nick Fuentes doubles down on child marriage: Christians like me have no use for things like ‘age of consent’

In a recent rant on his livestream, white nationalist and Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes doubled down on past comments where he suggested he’s perfectly fine with committing statutory rape.

“I think the age of consent should be lower,” Fuentes said. “I don’t even believe in the concept. Want to know why? Because ‘marriage’ is consent.”

“You want to know what’s wrong with sex? Being married means you consent to sex all the time. There’s no such thing as marital rape, because when you marry a person, you have a marital obligation to give your spouse sex whenever they want it.”

“How’s that for consent theory,” Fuentes later says in the video. “…It’s not age of consent, it’s age of marriage.”

Fuentes went on to say that “Christians have no use” for such thing as “age of consent.”

Fuentes went viral back in May for a video where he said his ideal bride would be a 16-year-old girl.

“I don’t want to turn 30 and find some 29-year-old that I have something in common with and it’s like, ‘Hey — properly aged like wine.’ Women don’t age like wine, they age like milk,” Fuentes declared. “They don’t age like wine, that’s not how their hormones work. That’s not how they work.”

Later in the segment, Fuentes said, “I gotta find my 16-year-old wife.”
