Nick Fuentes whines about his Twitter ban 24 hours after he was reinstated: ‘I’m awesome and my Twitter was funny’

Nick Fuentes, a far-right political commentator, was banned from Twitter this Wednesday — just 24 hours after he was reinstated on the platform. The ban came after Fuentes posted tweets that violated the platform’s rules against hate speech.

Fuentes shared a gif that showed a Kanye West “Ye 2024” logo morph into the message “DEFCON 3” — a reference to one of the rapper’s tweets vowing to go “death con 3 on Jewish people.” He then hosted a Twitter Spaces live chat in which he defended West’s antisemitic statements and praised Hitler.

In a recent livestream, Fuentes slammed his latest ban, declaring, “I’m a genius.”

“At the end of the day, I’m somebody who, in a functioning society, would be rewarded for being a genius,” he declared. “Not f***ing attacked all the time and mediocrities rushing to call me names. … I’m a free thinker and I’m a funny guy who brings joy to millions and inspires the youth, and in any sane society a guy like me would be recruited to be a part of the solution.”

“Instead, I’m treated like a terrorist,” he continued, allegedly that people are implying he’s a terrorist so they can “subtract me from society.”

“I’m not happy with it. I deserve to be on Twitter. My voice is necessary, I am badly needed.”
