
A motorcyclist in Philadelphia has been arrested and jailed on numerous charges after he was captured on video jumping on and smashing the rear window of a woman’s car while two children were inside, according to reports.
Court records obtained by the Associated Press show that 26-year-old Cody Heron was charged with aggravated and simple assault, reckless endangerment and terroristic threats in the attack that took place Sunday night.
According to the Associated Press, his bail has been set at $2.5 million.
Heron will have to post 10 percent of the $2.5 million in order to be released.
