Sir Ian McKellen reading Taylor Swift lyrics is 1000x better than you thought it’d be

While doing the promotional rounds for his new movie Mr. Holmes, Sir Ian McKellen gave a visit to the folks at Yahoo! to give a rather unusual reading – with a straight face and classic approach – to the lyrics of songs by Taylor Swift and Bruno Mars.

However great you thought this could be, imagine it being 1000x greater, and then prepare for it to be even better than that once you watch it.

Oh, and Mr. Holmes hits theaters this weekend.
