Some genius photoshopped all the men out of this Paris solidarity march picture

This week, the ultra-orthodox Jewish newspaper The Announcer raised a few eyebrows when it photoshopped all the women world leaders out of a widely-circulated photo from the Charlie Hebdo solidarity march in France.

One has to wonder why they even made the effort, considering that there were only three women in the image (German chancellor Angela Merkel, EU foreign policy head Federica Mogherini, and the mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo), but no one ever said that religion was rational.

Either way, the paper was mocked pretty widely across the Internet for its bonehead move. But the best example of that ridicule came from the satirical news website Waterford Whispers News who offered a new perspective by photoshopping all the men out of the photo, adding the the caption, “Feminist Newspaper Photoshops Male World Leaders Out Of Paris March.”

As you can see, they had a much more challenging editing job.
