So as it turns out, the viral “First Kiss” video that everyone (almost 50 million people) fawned over last week was nothing more than a bunch of actors and models doing a bit for a clothing commercial.
Pretty annoying, huh? Luckily, there were a few funny parody videos that immediately surfaced, reminding us that pretentious hipster heart string-pulling deserves to be mocked at every turn.
But a Belgian TV show has taken the concept and shown us the real thing. Although this time it’s not a bunch of actors or models – it features real people off the street. The result is something more relatable with the subtle awkwardness we’d expect from something like this; NOT the constructed faux chemistry that the original video we were all duped by stinks of.
