The Most Hated Family in America is a TV documentary written and presented by the BBC’s Louis Theroux, analyzing the family at the heart of the infamous Westboro Baptist Church.
At the heart of the documentary is the WBC’s Fred Phelps, who is the founder of the extreme-fundamentalist Calvinist group. The clip below focuses on Steve Greene, who is one of the most vocal members of the church. Aside from the usual detestable rhetoric, Greene reveals himself to be the classic anti-Semite during his interview with Theroux.
Towards the end of the clip, the two are discussing Jesus, when Theroux delivers one of the best smackdowns in the history of the WBC’s public life.
