Trump says ‘I know’ when told his supporters will suffer under Trumpcare

During an exclusive interview with Tucker Carlson of Fox News, President Donald Trump gave us an interesting moment where he, for the most part, agreed with some of the most powerful criticisms of his Obamacare repeal plan.

Carlson outright mentioned to Trump that the GOP’s bill “has as one of its centerpieces a tax cut to investors that will primarily benefit people making over $250,000 a year.”

“A Bloomberg analysis shows that counties that voted for you, middle class and working class counties, would do far less well under this bill than the counties that voted for Hillary — the more affluent counties…” Tucker continued, as Trump nodded in agreement. “It seems like maybe this isn’t consistent with the message of the last election.”

“A lot things aren’t consistent,” Trump replied. “But these are going to be negotiated. We’ve gotta go to the Senate — see what happens in the Senate…”

Amazing.
