It’s a weird phenomenon that happens when you’re on the freeway; you’re driving along, and traffic begins to inexplicably slow down. Soon enough, you realize the reason for the sluggish pace is because the morons on front just have to take a look at whatever traffic incident has taken place on the opposite side of the freeway.
