A group of thieves in Texas made the unfortunate mistake of trying to rob a gas station employee whose co-worker happened to be a mixed martial arts fighter.
As one of the employees returned from the bank with a bagful of cash, the thieves pounced. That’s when Mayura Dissanayake, a semi-pro MMA fighter, saw what was happening and jumped in to help his fellow employee.
After numerous Muay Thai kicks to the face followed up with some devastating punches, the robbers attempted to flee to the waiting getaway vehicle. One wasn’t lucky enough to escape and ended up being pounded into submission until police arrived.
