Amazing never before seen inside footage has been posted by the European Space Agency, showing how astronauts return home from the International Space Station in the Soyuz space capsule.
The video is premised on an actual lesson delivered to the ESA astronaut class of 2009 (also known as the #Shenanigans09) during their basic training courses. It features interviews with astronauts who have flown on the Soyuz and footage of actual reentry and landings from inside the capsule.
The video is about 20 minutes long, but believe us, it’s worth every minute of your time.
