On Wednesday, the San Francisco District Attorney announced multiple charges against 24-year-old Arna Kimaiai, who was seen in a recent viral video assaulting and coughing on Uber driver from Nepal, KRON4 reports.

Kimaiai has been charged with attempted robbery, assault on a hire transportation driver (both felonies), battery on a transportation driver, and a COVID-related health code violation (both misdemeanors). She turned herself in to authorities on Sunday.

Another woman seen in the video, 24-year-old Malaysia King, was arrested in Las Vegas. She was transferred in custody to San Francisco to face criminal charges.

The driver, Subhakar Khadka, has been an Uber driver for three years. A GoFundMe has been set up for Khadka and has raised just over $103,000 as of this writing.
