Bill O’Reilly: ‘I will flee the country if Bernie Sanders is elected president’

Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly said that he plans on moving out of the United States if Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders becomes president.

During Thursday’s edition of The O’Reilly Factor, the Fox News talking head claimed the Vermont senator will “dismantle” Medicare and the Affordable Care Act “in the sense that it would be Berniecare and it would be much more than it is now.”

“If Bernie Sanders gets elected president, I’m fleeing,” O’Reilly warned. “I’m going to Ireland. And they already know it. I shouldn’t say it publicly because that will get Sanders more votes. But I’m not going to pay 90 percent of my income to that guy. I’m sorry. I’m not doing it.”

Another prominent conservative personality, Rush Limbaugh, said five years ago that he would also move out of the United States if the Affordable Care Act was enacted.

“If this passes and it’s five years from now and all that stuff gets implemented, I am leaving the country. I’ll go to Costa Rica,” Limbaugh said.
