According to source familiar with the situation speaking to CNN, First Lady Melania Trump has told her husband to concede defeat in the 2020 election.
While she has publicly echoed President Trump’s rhetoric on the election results, Melania gave her opinion privately to the President.
“She has offered it, as she often does,” the source told CNN.
The report comes in the wake of other reports alleging high profile administration members are privately encouraging Trump to concede. According to an earlier CNN report, Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser, has approached the him about conceding.
